WorldVentures is a travel company that was opened for business in the late 2005. Certified with the standard industry organizations, WorldVentures LLC have had a steady run since the company was first launched. With a strong corporate team, the company has several travel-related products in the market. WorldVentures is a currently based in Plano, Texas and working with the company are active representatives and members in fifty states in the States as well as internationally.

WorldVentures – The Management Team

WorldVentures is a network marketing based travel industry that was founded by Wayne Nugent along with Mike Azcue, who both acts as Chief Operating Officer. Acting as the Chief Operating Officer as well are Dan Stammen and Jon McKillip. Eddie Head is the Chief Strategy Officer while Marc Accetta is the Director of Training. Fritz Wolchik holds the post of Director of Corporate Sales and Kyle Lowe is the VP of International.  WorldVentures become even more credible in the travel industry by adding to their corporate staff, America West Co-Founder Michael Conway. The company also has, by their side, ex US Senator Mike Rose as their legal counsel.

WorldVentures – The Products

WorldVentures has developed two products so far, in the form of traveling facilities. The first is WorldVentures Dream Trips, which is available for $199.95 up front and $24.99 monthly.   WorldVentures Dream Trips is more of a monthly membership that allows its member to have discounted vacations. The second product is the WorldVentures LTC (Leisure Travel Consultant), which is available for the same price as WorldVentures Dream Trips. This one is more of an online travel “business in a box” sort of thing, something that will lead members to a higher level in their WorldVentures membership.

WorldVentures – The Business Opportunity

WorldVentures features an upfront one-time membership payment of about $250 and consequently, monthly payments of $39.95. Members can have their own online websites on WorldVentures that will feature special travel deals for consumers using the WorldVentures software, which specializes in searching for travel deals on the web. Aside from getting something from consumers, members are given a chance to travel monthly at a discounted price. To get started a new member must sign up six people beneath them in their network.

The WorldVentures Compensation Plan

WorldVentures uses a binary compensation plan that allows members to earn a $50 direct commission with every sale. There are also team building bonuses of $100 that are earned by members for every 6 sales with 3 on each side. WorldVentures awards its members TravelDollars with every 6th cycle. For every 6 sales, a residual income of $20 can be earned immediately after members get to the “Director” rank.

WorldVentures – Is It A Journey Worth Traveling For?

In closing, WorldVentures is a credible company that offers a solid business opportunity to anyone who drinks water. However, even though this is the case, the company, the products and the compensation plan will not guarantee that you will have success with WorldVentures.  In fact, unless you learn how to become a professional marketer and generate a steady stream of quality leads to speak with about WorldVentures, you will end up being another casualty of the industry. Pitching your friends and family will only take you so far. With this strategy alone, most people last between 6 to 8 weeks.

The more you have control on how to dress, the faster success will come to you. If you present yourself as a leader, people will look up to you as a leader hence this is part of the proven strategies to dress up for success. It might not be easy at first, but dressing up for success starts simply with a SIMPLE DECISION. I know that for some, dressing up for success is not comfortable at all. But this is where you have to step out of your comfort zone and try a new style for the better.

The way you dress and the way you present yourself are what define you as a person. This is all part of becoming a leader and being able to make others think of you as someone they can trust and respect. Presenting yourself in a successful manner in the MLM industry will have a rewarding result, as MLM personalities matter more than MLM products.

Dress Modestly to show people that you are just like them, humble and down to earth. You definitely wouldn’t want to put out the impression that you are too smart or better than them. My definition of modest clothing is would be wearing a sports jacket with a pair of jeans.

Follow The Dress Code. Rules are rules, so it would be smart to follow the dress code and dress accordingly. For example, if it’s a tropical paradise theme, then a beach shirt would be nice. Polo shirts are for casual MLM events. For an official event or a seminar, a suit will sum up your business personality perfectly.

Be Conservative as it works in the MLM industry! In the MLM world, over-confidence or shyness does not work. You need to be out there and be confident in a way that it shows in your sense of dressing style. For the ladies though, you are better off without the short skirts and tight shirts. Remember that being conservative is a great way to start in the MLM industry. You will see that dressing in the right manner will create the right impression of you in people’s mind. From there on, it will be a smooth ride.

In Sync. Over-dressed or under-dressed is what I’m talking about here. Just as any other events or meetings, it is important to be in sync at any MLM gathering. You definitely wouldn’t want to look like a weirdo in a leather jacket, when everyone else is wearing a suit. Or it could be the other way around, you could be wearing a suit and everyone else is sporting a shirt. If you have any doubt on what to wear for an MLM seminar, check the invitation card to see if there’s any indication. If not then contact someone, who’s attending the event as well.

Virtue, ethics and manners in life are values that all leaders should have in the MLM industry. As you get on with your MLM business, you will realize that these are the qualities that will help you reach out to people on a daily basis. Obviously, you can’t be a show-off when meeting someone for the first time -presenting yourself as someone successful and trustworthy is the ultimate key. The way you dress is what creates a solid impression for a successful vision for your MLM business!

Based on my research from the company’s website, Nerium International flagship products is NeriumAD which is a night cream. This night cream is made directly from the Nerium Oleander plant. The ingredients within this product are primarily used to significantly reduce enlarged pores, winkles, and fine lines. NeriumAD also contributes to reducing the appearance of sun-damaged skin. This product definitely looks as though the researchers and scientist behind it put a lot of effort into making it a great and effective product.

Nerium International – How to make money?

The compensation plan within Nerium International is a uni-level style.  It may be an older style of making money within the network marketing industry, but based on history, it has proven to be the safest compensation plans there are.

There are a few different ways to make money within Nerium International. You can create upfront income by retailing product, signing up preferred customers, and earning your Fast Start Bonuses as your team grows. You can earn a residual income up to 10 levels in depth within Nerium International.

The key here is to make people understand your vision and the bigger picture and then help them to get clear on their vision.  By combining your vision with their vision you will be able to help each other in developing ways for the business to improve.

Don’t mislead your team or your prospects. Never exaggerate the information you provide to the point of misleading them. Honesty and integrity are the most important in business.

Know how to maximize modern tools like social media, advertising, e-mail, webinars and software that can automate menial tasks. Networking cannot work alone. It also needs some back up to support the purpose your company serves. Avon is a company that sells various cosmetic and fragrance products through a direct sales business model. It was originally named California Perfume Company, until the name was changed to Avon Products, Inc in 1939. Avon is based in New York, but has a Research and Development facility in Suffern, New York and a distribution facility in Zainesville, Ohio. Currently, Avon is operating in over 140 countries and does well over $10 billion a year in sales. Which is a very impressive accomplishment, considering that the vast majority of their products cater to females only, thus half the market place.

Andrea Jung current , Chairman and CEO of Avon Products, Inc., was appointed in 1999 and elected Chairman in 2001. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 1998. Charles Cramb, Vice Chairman, Developed Market Group also currently serves as Interim Chief Finance Officer, Mr.Cramb joined Avon in November 2005 after a 35-year career at Gillette Co., Charles M. Herington was appointed Executive Vice President, Developing Market Group in 2011 and has joined Avon in March 2006 after 25 years of experience working in Latin America with major brand name consumer marketing companies. Before joining Avon, Mr. Herington spent six years at AOL Latin America as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Avon – The Products

As far as their products go, Avon markets too many products to mention. However, they have many well-known product lines. Their flagship Avon Color brand includes various cosmetic products like eye products, nail products and different powders. Their Beyond Avon product line includes various anti-aging color cosmetic products. They also have a popular skin care product line called “A New and Solutions”. To round up the spectrum they also have a bath and body product line called Avon Naturals. In addition to those very popular product lines, Avon sells a hair care line, a wellness line, a fragrance line and a line that caters to men. Without a doubt, Avon carries some very high quality and brand-recognized products in the cosmetics industry.

Avon – The Business Opportunity

Another unique force that contributes to Avon’s success is the fact the organisation provides a non-costly avenue for individuals to enter the retail industry with a very low start-up cost and they also created the potential for large returns on their little investments. Likewise, Avon gives room for flexibility, enabling their representatives’ opportunity to be able to juggle family life with earning good income from the comfort of their home. The start-up fee for the Avon business opportunity is as low as US$10. Compared to the many companies out there, this is a very affordable investment and a really fantastic way for someone with limited budget to generate residual income from home.

The Avon Compensation Plan

The Avon compensation plan pays out several ways including up to 50% commissions on personal sales, up to 12% override commissions on your team’s sales, a luxury car bonus you can earn based on performance and an additional performance bonus based on unit sales. Of course, your income isn’t guaranteed and it’s based on you and your team’s performance, but the average President’s Council Member earns around US$50,000 a year and the average Inner Circle Member makes over US$100,000 a year, which is pretty remarkable. All in all, for the right person, Avon may be a fun and lucrative business venture. Also, from a business and marketing standpoint, it doesn’t hurt to have many A-list celebrities endorsing different products and having them on the company site.

Avon – Is It A Solid Business Opportunity?

In closing, Avon is a credible company that offers a solid business opportunity. However, even though this is the case, the company, the products and the compensation plan will not guarantee that you will have success with Avon.  In fact, unless you learn how to become a professional marketer and generate a steady stream of quality leads to speak with about Avon, you will end up being another casualty of the industry. Pitching your friends and family will only take you so far. With this strategy alone, most people last between 6 to 8 weeks.

On the other hand, prospecting complete strangers typically generates minimal results and can create some very awkward and embarrassing situations to say the least.  This is why it’s extremely important to your success that you learn how to brand yourself as a leader in the industry and that you learn proper marketing techniques that will enable you to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.

Without a steady stream of qualified leads to talk to about the Avon business opportunity, your chances of succeeding are slim to none.  Once you learn how to use attraction marketing strategies, not only will you have a steady stream of leads, but many days your phone will ring with INCOMING CALLS from people that are seeking you out as a leader that can help them gain success.  With a steady stream of leads, quite honestly, there’s no telling how successful you can be with your Avon business.
